"We had 4 mature cedar trees and one mature oak tree just inside the property line. The trunk of one of the cedars was compromised when a huge branch broke off due to high winds, landing on the neighbor's shed. Although no damage was done, the writing was one the wall that this could happen again but with property damage. I sent an email to Black Butte Tree Service on December 29, 2025. Jack responded quickly and was able to come out that day. We got a reasonable estimate to remove the 5 trees and one other cedar and requested the work. One week later (January 5, 2026) Jack and a helper came out and in the rain and later snow, began the removal process. By Friday all the trees were down. Jack took precautions to protect our lawn by laying down plywood and for that I'm grateful. He also contacted the neighbor seeking permission to go onto their property to pick up tree limbs and clean their property. Jack is friendly, professional and really strives to do tree work as safely as possible. He comes highly recommended from me and I urge you to give him a call or email if you need tree service. I'm glad I did and now I can sleep well during windstorms."
