Jack, the owner, responded immediately when we called for an evaluation and his communication, knowledge and recommendations were excellent throughout the service including fire defense and aesthetics. Jack and his crew were efficient, respectful of our property, cleaned up well, and attentive to safety at all times. They were personable and gracious. They did an excellent job and we highly recommend them.

Jack and his crew did amazing work. We had a bunch of tree debris from a strong wind storm over the winter that created a dangerous hazard in our yard. I texted Black Butte Tree Service a couple of pictures and within minutes received a response. The next day they were over to assess and offer a very reasonable quote. Shortly thereafter they performed the work to perfection. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future, and I’m certain I will. Book them with confidence!
